Hi there. Although Ive scrubbed the forum and this issue has come up for others, I cant seem to find a fix. Please can you assist?
I’ve been a paid subscriber for the last 3 years, but just bought myself an new Macbook Pro and now none of the auto-activation plugins work for Adobe CC (i’m running 2025 versions of all apps).
I’ve downloaded and installed the latest Fontbase installer (2.21.0) and am running Sonoma 14.6.1 on an M1 Pro.
All the pathways are red in the settings folder, and there are no actual plugins installed in the individual programme folders. I also cannot remove or change access from the settings panel as I just get a notification that it cannot be done.
Pretty frustrating
Hello @SamB, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
Just re-read a similar discussion here Adobe Plugin not installing - M4 Max - PS, IL and ID 2025 - #2 by yuriy
For the quickest fix to the situation could you drop me a DM here on the forum so that I could send you the files manually? This will restore the functionality. We could then continue the investigation without the issue affecting your workflow
Thank you again,
Hey there! Thanks so much for attending to this @yuriy (sorry for the delayed response, been on holiday)
