Premium access not activated (access expired)

Im sorry for using the forum, I would have sent a ail to the support but none of the link for contact is working on the website…

My last invoice have been paid for the full year since November BUT since last November I’m not able to use the premium features and I’m having a “access expired” flag at the top of the app..

Im wondering if it’s something someone is able to help me with…

Will try to resolve this asap.
Have you by any chance already tried logging out and back in using the menu at the top left of the app window? This will require a stable internet connection to succeed.
