Hello Koeni, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum 🙏 As of now the default startup preview text being “a” in the grid view is expected behaviour, so there don’t seem to be any bugs in this case. Although I do understand how this might seem like an error of some kind. Thank you again, ---

Thanks for your reply. I find it to be kind of a pain – I have to immediately change it to one of my set preview samples each time I open the app while working on projects. An ‘a’ doesn’t allow you to see the features of the font at all. I wish there was an option to change the default to one of my preview samples.
