First of all, thank you so much for creating this amazing tool. I hope that in the future, you’ll consider implementing a proper type system directly within the app.
I’ve come across a few other great websites while exploring type tools, and I noticed that each of them offers something unique, features that could complement one another beautifully if combined.
Website 1 – Baseline Type Scale Generator: A fantastic tool with a clean, functional interface.
Website 2 – Typesystem by Kriti: I really like how this one lets you change the background colour (you can do this by clicking on the heading).
Website 3 – Typescale: Also excellent, especially for generating CSS and getting design inspiration.
Each of these tools is brilliant in its own way, and it would be amazing to see a type system that combines the best of all three.

Having looked at the attached links (also removed them for now, but they can be added later if appropriate), I see that a significant, if not all, part of the functionality in the mentioned websites is already present and working in FontBase:)
Which exact parts do you think would be worth adding?

Hi Yuriy, thank you so much. No problem, I understand your concern. I’ve been using this tool for the past six months, and I really enjoy it. Just yesterday, I discovered the type system inside FB. However, after exploring some external websites, I realised that they offer a more advanced and intuitive experience compared to FB.
For example, they allow you to switch between px and pt units, change background colors, and manage headings and paragraphs with ease. If you spend even 15–20 minutes using these tools, you’ll see how well thought-out and useful they are.
I truly hope you’ll consider implementing some of these features in FB in the future. Wishing you all the best, and thank you again for building such a great tool.
