# Unable to access paid account

I mistakenly signed up and paid for fontbase awesome using the wrong email ([jpstats@pm.me](mailto:jpstats@pm.me)). I then registered that email with Proton so I could get in. This failed. Even Forgot Password doesn’t send me anything. And now even signing up for this forum have me the notice New Registrations are not allowed from your IP address. I have twice emailed mail@fontba.se for help but no reply. Is [jpstats@pm.me](mailto:jpstats@pm.me) blacklisted now along with my IP?

I have never received my receipt or the email to get into the account.

How can I fix this?
