Unpaid Invoice Despite No Active Subscription

Hi FontBase team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my account. My subscription expired in October 2023, and I decided not to renew it, as I wasn’t planning to use the service for several months.

However, I now see an “unpaid invoice” for $29.00 (dated October 7, 2024), even though I did not renew my subscription. Additionally, I cannot start a new subscription because of this unpaid invoice, despite not having an active subscription or access to premium features since October 2023.
I sincerely hope this is just a bug in the system, or best case scenario a misunderstanding.
I’ve already contacted support but haven’t received a satisfactory resolution.
Could someone please clarify why this invoice exists, and if others have experienced a similar issue?
