I understand that postscript fonts are not supported as stated in this post https://forum.fontba.se/t/postscript-fonts-not-showing/72 however, I wanted to let you know that when you drop a postscript file into a collection, it imports it anyway. The file is copied to the main FontBase folder on your computer. The copied files are zero kb each. I hope this helps!

It’s already same years that Type1 fonts also in windows doesn’t work reliable and are quasi not supported any more. If you have an old collection you can convert it to TTF or OTF with various apps. I than used TransType4 e.g. I think it must be legal when this is the only way to use my bought fonts any more.
