Fontbase won’t run when I log in any longer … I have to manually start it. When I do start it, it says “Access expired,” even though according to my account page I purchased a “lifetime seat.” Is there some new subscription I need to buy? Do the “lifetime seats” no longer give you lifetime access to the software?

Do you have a stable active internet connection when trying this?
As for manually starting - could you please check your Settings page and see if the “Start on system start” option is toggled on?
I just uninstalled and reinstalled … it seems to have kept my settings, though (even though it gave me an “import error” on startup after reinstalling). I logged out and back in, and the error is gone now … the “load on startup” is set … maybe it will work now that it seems to be out of it’s “funky mode.”
