Access expired!

Please include the flowing when reporting a bug:
I have a message that says that my Access expired even though I just signed in and was clearly paid up. Also, when I wanted to ask for help the website did not recognize my email address and so I signed up again possibly with the same email address and password. What is going on? I have an iMacPro running Monterey 12.2 and FontBase Version 2.16.6. Please assist, thanks! Wendy
