Please add support for Photoshop 2024 25.0.0. for macOS M1
And for Indesign 2024 please!
And a Windows 11 update for Illustrator 2024, plus the other applications mentioned above.
I purchased an annual subscription to this program only for the automatic font activation feature in Adobe programs. My subscription renews at the end of December.
Since Adobe 2024 automatic font activation does not work, I will pay a 12-month subscription fee and benefit for 8 months.
I want the time I cannot use your service to be added to my subscription period. Otherwise, you will have defrauded me and many of your subscribers!!!
@marcos97 @Faro @norek thank you for your posts
And sorry for the delay in replying
Weāve been tracking the possibility of doing this, but, sadly, as of now Adobe has not yet released the tools to enable the development of respective plugins for their 2024 applications.
As soon as itās possible weāll definitely post an update, or at the very least give an ETA on when the new plugins will be released. Unfortunately, due to limitations on Adobeās side, we canāt do either
Thank you again,

Hello @cakinci, thank you for your post and copying it twice in different topics
As you can see in FontBaseās Settings page, the 2024 Adobe plugins are not yet available. Weāve been trying to remedy the situation, but, as the post above mentions, currently there is no deadline as to when the updated plugins can be available.
Unfortunately it is hard to agree with your last statement, weāve always been very clear about what functionality FontBase provides and what it doesnāt, therefore it is literally impossible for us to cause any kind of fraud.
Thank you for caring for many other FontBase subscribers and about our transparency
Thank you again,

Iām sorry Yuri that you have to take abuse for things that are beyond your control. Lashing out and accusing FontBase of fraud is, well, off-base. Iāve been using FontBase for years now, and Iāve been happy with the product. Perhaps a response sooner to your predicament regarding the lack of availability of tools for developing the 2024 plugins might have alleviated some concerns about the lack of an update.
Thank you for the kind words
And yes, youāre totally right about the last part - shouldāve brought that info to light sooner
Thank you again,
Iāve been using fontbase on illustrator 2024 and photoshop 2024 without problems on windows 11
by forcing the plug-in folder for the 2023 version to the new plug-in folders. It doesnāt work on inDesign, but at least there is just 1 duplicate app instead of 3
I know it shouldnāt work like this, but heck⦠at least it works.
Hope that it can benefit someone and the only blame on fontbaseās side is that you should have sent an e-mail to the subscribers or a forum post anticipating that you are planning to upgrade as soon as Adobe releases the necesary documentation.
Thank you all for the time of reading this and keep creative mindset!
Hey Yuriy, just thought Iād add my 2 cents.
Iāve been a subscriber for a couple of years now. I use InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator every day, and Fontbase is now an integral part of my design process.
Like everyone, Iād love to see an update to Fontbase to be fully compatible with Adobe CC 2024. However, any inconveniences of activation plugins not currently working, is something I just manually work around. Otherwise, Fontbase has worked very well for me through Ventura and now Sonoma despite not much in the way of updates.
What is not lost on me, and hopefully many of your other customers is that I understand you are all based in Ukraine. I donāt know how close you are to the actual fighting, however to carry on ābusiness as usualā must be very difficult at this time. Like @marcos97, I too am sorry youāre copping abuse and hope you are all staying safe.
If any lack of status updates on your part have any relation to uncertainties in your country right now, no stress mate. I have an app that is serving me well and look forward to updates when youāre able.
Cheers.
Hello @deepinart, thank you for your creative workaround and for sharing it here with the community
As for the e-mail - I see your point, couldāve been the better solution.
Thank you again,
Yuriy
Hello Andrew, thank you kindly for the words of support, we deeply appreciate it

For 35 days I have waited patiently for you to give us, your subscribers, a logical answer, because we do not use this program as a hobby. The contribution of this program to our business is undeniable and we need it.
Then, on October 17th, I wrote this answer because I realized that you donāt take your subscribers seriously or donāt care!
One day after my post, @yuriy replied. This proves my point whether you agree with it or not.
If you had sent an e-mail to inform your subscribers in time, you would not be facing these accusations.
Now that we have a definitive answer from you, we know what we have to wait for.
Thank youā¦
Thank you for the quick reply @cakinci
And thank you for speaking on behalf of all FontBase subscribers.
We always value the opinions and feedback of our users, positive and negative, both help is make FontBase better for everyone who uses it, which is our ultimate goal
You are right about the notification timeline, it wouldāve made the life of users waiting for the 2024 plugins much easier. Not every single users falls into this category, as we see from the number of forum and email messages on this matter, but it doesnāt make the waiting group any less important to us.
Thank you again for caring about the community and helping us continually improve FontBase
Yuriy
I am curious why other font managers do have the ability to use adobe 2024 apps with problems. RightFont for example. Not trying to be snarky, just asking as Iām a yearly subscriber.
Hello @Hello.Josue, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
Do you mean automatic font activation with RightFont when an Adobe 2024 document is opened?
Thank you,
Yuriy
FontBase Dev Team
Yuriy, Yes, the plugins work flawlessly when you open a 2024 document. Here is a screenshot of the Settings panel. Iām attaching it so I hope you can see it. If not send me a personal email and I can even send you a short video.
By the way, I was a longtime user of RightFont, but my main issue with the app is that it is only for Mac. I am a typography teacher and even though I wrote many times to RightFont asking for a Windows version so my PC students could use it, the company did not seem interested. So I could not recommend the app. This is why I switched to Fontbase as I liked that it was multi-platform. My students donāt all use Macs, and I found your product accessible to my students. Our college has already switched to CC2024 so font activation is a big issue for the students.
Hello everyone,
The new update has just been released and it includes the CC plugin updates up to 2024
Thank you all again for your input and helping us make FontBase better every time.
