Adobe Illustrator 2026 30.1 Crashes

Apparently there is no longer any conflict or crashes.
However, the fonts are not auto-activating.
Even though I manually inserted the file into the Plugin folder, the Fontbase app does not recognize it when I open the Settings menu.

Hi Dominik, I just try the plugin ā€œFontBase-Mac-Illustrator-2026.aipā€
This is how I did:

  1. I closed Illustrator and FontBase.
  2. I copy the file into Aiā€™s plugin folder.
  3. I opened FontBase and Illustrator in that order.

When Illustrator opens give me an error message: ā€œFontBase-Mac-Illustrator-2026.aipā€ is damaged and canā€™t be open.

  • Hit ā€œOkā€ 4 times and then a new message: Plugin issues detected. To fix the issues, you can try relaunching Illustrator in safe mode.FontBase-Mac-Illustrator-2026.aip
  • Hit ok and Ai finally launches but the Plugin doesnā€™t work.

Iā€™m working on a 2020 intel based computer.
