All Providers folders missing

I updated through the green box. Now my Providers tab does not show any providers except Google and FontMarket. My root folder has not changed, I have it installed for all users, and I am also not seeing the missing fonts when I do a search. All font files are in the fontbase folder and have not been deleted.

I saw a much earlier post with someone having the exact same issues. It will not let me include a screenshot.

Please include the flowing when reporting a bug:

  • Your operating system - Windows 11
  • Operating system version - 25H2
  • FontBase version - FontBase: 2026.3.0, Client: 2e4e0b41-2347-45cb-808f-ca668f230380
  • What actions caused the issue - opening font base. The issue was already there. I updated through the green box, but the issue still happened after update.

Moved all the folders out of providers into the main root folder and solved the issue. At first I tried to make just a new folder to collect them all, but that completely lost the subfolders and just grouped all the fonts together. Very poor for organization ease.
