Alternates/ligatures not showing

I have a font where some of the stylistic glyphs and ligatures are not showing in the glyphs list. I’ve attached a screenshot. There should be several more alternates/ligatures below the “L” ones. I’ve turned on all of the options to view salt and aalt glyphs, and they are still not appearing. Any ideas?

Hello @exlibriskenzie, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
Are these ligatured displayed correctly when you toggle on the respective opentype features and are viewing the preview text in the main font list or the Family page list?

Thank you again,

No, they aren’t. I tried to attach further screenshots but it’s not letting me.

Thank you for the quick reply @exlibriskenzie
Is it possible to confirm that these alternates/ligatures do exist in the font file in question?
As for the screenshot - no worries, could be the forum malfunction.

Thank you again,

How would I go about confirming they are in the file? Thank you for your help!

Good question:) You’ve mentioned that there should be several more of them - why do you think there should be?

Because they’re shown on the creator’s preview images.

Thank you for the quick reply and the clarification
Have you perhaps noticed this situation happening with any other fonts? Trying to understand the possible reason and a way to remedy the situation.

Thank you again,

Ahh, hmm. No, I haven’t noticed this issue before. I actually ended up just making my own ligatures in photoshop using the individual letters. Thanks for thinking through the issue with me! I also reached out to the font creator, but have yet to hear back.

Thank you for the quick reply, the additional information and for reaching out in the first place
Hopefully the designer gets back soon  For now it doesn’t seem like the cause is inside the application, as it would probably pop up in at least some other fonts. But if it is indeed the case, we’ll investigate further and try to fix it as soon as possible.

Thank you again,
