Can Collections be moved to a New Computer?

Using Free Version.
I just got a new computer. I do not want to sync my collections, I just want to move the collections I created on my old computer TO my new computer, so I don’t lose the work I already put into it.
Is this even possible?

It is indeed possible, the controls for exporting and importing collections are located in the “Advanced” section of the Settings page.
