First issue was at installation and unlike the Fontbase Basic Usage page said, the app did not ask if I wanted to add system fonts to Fontbase (have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times but never saw this option). Thus, I copied and pasted all my installed fonts from Windows Fonts folder into Fontbase folder. When I open the app, the preview panel on the right displays about 6 or so fonts but in the_r upper right corner has a figure of over 4,000, which I assume is the number of fonts in app since the copying all fonts into Fontbase., But I canβt find a way to scroll down the list of fonts in preview panel. There are no up-down arrows or scroll bar and the keyboard arrow keys have no effect. This is the same no matter which of the choices on the left panel such as All, Active, Inactive, etc. I select.
Will greatly appreciate advice and any info that I can get!
Hello @GCMMMLA, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
This topic has been recently discussed here: How to manage (system) fonts? (macOS)
Long story short: we do not recommend adding system fonts into FontBase, doing so could cause some unpredictable effects and unwanted behaviour.
Unfortunately there is no way for the application to manage installed system fonts on either Mac or Windows at the moment.
Hope this helps,
Thank you again,
Yuriy
