This is the third time this has happend, the collections folder that was full with all my clients fonts classified is lost after updating…

Do you perhaps remember if anything else changed in the system during that time, any other software installed, removed or updated? The app update itself didn’t include any operations that should’ve resulted in the collections being lost.
