When adding fonts to my root file I cannot find them via search in font base
Collections seem broken.
The indicator on collection show that it contains multiple fonts. here it show only one. similar issue in other collections. (some don’t show any font.)
Hello @Joko, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
Search can work differently for the base app and when subscribed to the Awesome features. Which option are you using?
Also, fonts are searched within the currently selected collection/folder. Does the search produce no results whatsoever even when the “All” collection is selected and you’re inputting one or several letters into the search bar?
Collections are not broken at all, this is the intended behaviour, they are storing the font names after the user removes the fonts. This is done so that If the user re-adds the fonts later, they will show up in the collection again without the need to re-add these fonts to the collection in question. If the numbers are getting in the way, an easy method to remedy this is to remove the old collection and create a new one.
yes I have selected “all” but couldn’t find the font. I don’t have any subscription atm.
the upload function is not working here. I can’t add a screenshot but e.g. one collections contains 37 fonts but there is only one font displayed. before alle the fonts in the collections where displayed. some collections indicate there are more the hundred fonts in it but the displayed is just an empty page as if there where no fonts in the collection.
Hello @Joko, thank you for your reply.
Could you please check the Settings page to see if the Root folder path is the same as the root folder location on your hard drive where you’re adding fonts?
