Copy Fontbase to a new PC

Recently switched PCs and I’m wondering what the easiest way is for me to copy my fontbase fonts and settings (collections, etc.) over to the new PC.

Is it just a matter of copying my fonts folders, the root folder, and the app data located in Roaming?
