Someone posted a question some days ago - I’ll get back to this: some (many?) fonts are not shown full in the text preview area, the ascender and descender are partly cut off. Only in glyp window they are shown fully. I can’t say whether it is new or has increased with new Fontbase versions. You understand what I mean and did it increase?

I do understand what you mean, yes. This issue has been present for some time now and is not related to the new FontBase versions.
