To fix this, please download the latest version from our website and install it.
The program keeps crashing. I’ve already reset it three times, and after working for a while it crashes again. Please fix this, it’s getting in the way of my work. Thanks.
Crashes do seem pretty regular at the moment. It’s usable for me, but it seems like about once a day I’ll look in my taskbar and notice the Fontbase icon has disappeared, and it ends up needing to be restarted.

I am having the same “New version 2026.2.5 is not signed by the application owner” error.
I had to reinstall the application about 3 or 4 times before trying to reset the settings, and after apparently getting fixed, the other “not signer by the application owner” problem came in. Weird thing is that it was working fine just yesterday.
Could you send over your log files located at “C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\FontBase\logs\main.log” on Windows and “~/Library/Logs/FontBase/main.log” on Mac?
Same problem as described by other users: “New version 2026.2.5 is not signed by the application owner” on Windows 11. The app keeps crashing a few seconds after launching. Restart and it crashes again and so on. I can’t work, so will need to look for an alternative if not resolved soon. Thank you!!

The message “New version 2026.2.5 is not signed by the application owner” can not appear on the version 2026.2.5. Are you sure you have installed the latest version and launching it, not an older version of the app?
You’re quite right!!! I had checked and downloaded the latest version this morning and only saw 2026.2.5 in the name of the downloaded ap, which is the same as my installed app says, so I just presumed I had the latest version. Thank you SO MUCH for the wonderful support!
