Starting the other day, the autolaunch Icon is present in the tray, but the app does not load.
I reinstalled Fontbase last night and had no effect. I have not recently installed anything, nor have I updated Windows.
All I get is a preload screen with a message like ‘replacing all your fonts with Comic Sans’ with a turd icon. not terribly professional btw.
Ctrl_alt_del force close and relaunch has no effect.
I use this for my business, and now have no access to my custom collections.
Hello @iondesig, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
A separate thank you for reporting the bug and really sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing
Have you perhaps already had the chance to try resetting FontBase settings to see if that would help? The guide on how to do this can be found here: Reset Settings — FontBase Tutorials
It seems that it’s happening to me too, I’ll try to reset.
on the tray you can see it, it just says Fontbase 2.22.67 Starting
if i Run the program from the start menu an empty window appears with random quotes, like Waiting for the futura!, can’t really make a screenshot of my actual one ast i has to do with boats and countries…
Reseting it did the job, no reinstall needed, only terminating the process renaming the folder (so I can have a backup at hand) and reRun fontbase.
Thanks
