Hello, I often find that when I start up my Mac (Sequoia 15.7.3 on a Mac Studio M2 Max) and then open an InDesign 21.2 document, the fonts activated in Fontbase 2026.2.5 and used in the document are not available. I thought it might be a problem caused by the fact that I have my font library on an external drive, but even after moving it to the main hard drive (and reinstalling Fontbase), the problem persists. Obviously, I’m referring to InDesign, but the fonts aren’t available in other apps either, even though they appear as activated in Fontbase.
Restarting the Mac usually resolves the issue. What could be the cause?

Could you please to uninstall FontBase, reset settings if possible using this guide https://fontba.se/learn/reset-settings, download the latest version from our website and see if that would remedy the issue?
