Help! Can't download for MAC

Longtime Fontbase user here… just got a new job and new macbook pro… I am trying everything I can think of to troubleshoot downloading the install package - different browsers, opening all permissions and nothing. I get a timeout error when trying to download from Chrome. Can someone please assist? I really don’t want to find a different font manager :frowning:

Have you tried connecting to the internet via a different network and downloading that way? The website seems to be working fine, so for now I suspect the new Mac itself may be the cause :thinking:
Also, is it possible that the new Mac was configured to limit downloads/installation of 3rd-party software?
