Hi everyone! New guy here!
I’m thinking this isn’t really a bug with the app but can anyone tell me why this one font (underlined in red) isn’t showing a correct preview?
The font is activated and working just fine in Photoshop (shown at the very bottom)

Unfortunately this does happen on some rare occasions, mostly due to the technology limitations we currently don’t have direct control over. Does this situation persist after re-starting FontBase or rebooting the computer?

Thanks for the reply Yuriy, Yes it still doesn’t preview correctly after a reboot.

Removing and re-adding the font could help, but I’m not 100% sure, I’m sorry.
Otherwise the best we can do is wait for the tech update and see if the issue is fixed on its end.
