InDesign plugin not valid after 21.5.1 update

After InDesign is updated to 21.5.1 the FontBase plugin isn’t loading with the error message:
Adobe InDesign does not recognise
FONTBASE-WIN-INDESIGN-2026.PLN as a valid plug-in. Please reinstall the FONTBASE-WIN-INDESIGN-2026.PLN and restart InDesign.

Have you perhaps already tried removing the plug-in and re-installing it via the FontBase Settings page?

I did a little digging.

I found a FontBase Photoshop plug-in in the InDesign Plug-ins library. It was obviously my mistake.

After uninstalling that one and the InDesign plug-in as well, I reinstalled the InDesign plug-in without any problems, and now everything is working.
