On September 17, 2019 I signed up and paid for Lifetime Access, now I have a notice that my “Access expired” without any explanation. Can you elaborate? Thenk you.

I have a monthly subscroption and noticed that since the lastest update I have to re-login from time to time even if the computer and application are never closed. Probably a token expiring after x number of days.
