Problems with activating the paid plan in the Fonte Base app

Hello, I activated my annual Fonte Base account, but the app continues to work in free mode. Does anyone know how to make the features of the paid plan work correctly?
I also cannot log in to the application, only to the company’s website and the forum.

  • Windows 10 Pro. Version 22H2
  • FontBase version 2.18.1
  • I don’t know how to explain the cause, because I just activated the account and I have no idea how the problem of not being able to activate the account in the application or enable the tools of the paid version (the impossibility of logging into the application, should prevent the activation of features paid)
