Since the most recent update, the fonts that I had in different provider folders suddenly don’t show on my FontBase anymore. When I click on the Root folder > Providers, then I can see all my fonts in their respective Providers just as I set them before.

This behaviour is odd indeed. Also, based on the screenshot, you have extra fonts in your Google provider - are you storing any extra fonts there?
By fonts that you had in different provider folders do you mean any fonts you’ve copied there yourself? The Providers folder is designed to be managed through FontBase directly, not via a file manager.
I think the same thing is happening to me, im on a mac but in the last month or so all my fonts have dissapeared from the fontbase app but i can still see them in the finder folders:( Tried reinstalling the app and everything but nothing works:( I am on MacOS Tahoe 26.2 and have Fontbase v2.25.10

Have you perhaps already had the chance to check if your root folder path in the Settings page is pointing to the same folder where you stored your FontBase fonts previously?
