I can’t add fonts, I can’t activate fonts, i can’t add watch folders.
the UI responds how it should (pop up windows load - when you activate fonts, you get an animation but then no green light to signify activated) nothing happens and nothing seems to work.
I have it working on my macbook pro fine
but i have paid for another seat for my mac studio and the app does not work.

Does FontBase detect font and folders if you copy them to the Root folder via your system’s file manager?
thanks for responding back so quickly…
i had the default fontbase root folder set up on a shared drive - also the same location asm y MBP
so i moved it to the root folder in Home / Documents and then everything clicked into gear
functionality now restored
so not sure whether issue was i was sharing the same location as the other device. so it could not write correctrly to the pref?
either way all seems ok now, thanks!
