Why can’t I log into my account in the program on any of my computers?
When I try to log in, it says: “Something went wrong. Check your internet connection.”
I have the latest version installed. I have a paid annual subscription. My internet connection is working. I can only log into my account on the website.

Is it possible that the firewall or some other software (e.g. antivirus) is blocking the app’s internet connection?
I checked the firewall, and FontBase is allowed to exchange data on both private and public networks.
I don’t use any other antivirus besides the built-in Windows Defender antivirus.
I checked the Windows Defender log, and there are no restrictions for FontBase.
I recently installed Windows 11 on my computers. Initially, FontBase worked as usual. But about a week ago, the program logged out of my account and now refuses to log back in because there’s no internet connection.
Perhaps Windows 11’s built-in security is blocking this program’s internet access somewhere else? How can I find out?

Before diving any deeper, just to double-check - the current FontBase version is 2026.2.0?
