Hi Yuri. This is not a problem with the font files and rathe a problem with Fontbase. I have been able to mitigate it by deleting the fontbase folder from my ~/Library/Preferences/Fontbase folder which resets the preferences but fixes the problem but it can come back again but I can verify that doing this fixes those missing font previews at least temporarily.
