I got major client assignments, lost 2 hours due to a random error. Managed to delete everything and freshly reinstall the program. Lost all of my collections.

Managed to import all of my collections from a back up. Then nothing wanted to synch, no I lost all of my fonts connected to, it just refuses to connect and load my fonts.

I am almost on the verge of tears at the frustration.

Would it be possible to check if your current Root folder is in the same location as it was before you started experiencing this issue? The location path can be found in the Settings page.
