this Forum software UI is one the nicest cleanest most useful/functional i have EVER seen

and i see and have to use soooooo many really crappy dysfunctional unfriendly Forum and similar software every day

what is it?

hmm. i see in source code that it appears to be Discourse. i never knew Discourse could do this, or is that another app i am getting confused with?.
