We’re interested in this solution coming from Font Explorer X which sadly isn’t available anymore for our workstation (Mac Apple Silicon).
We want to know what’s the workflow for a team based on these requirements :
- 30 users sharing a fonts folder located on a server.
- Those users should be allowed to activate/deactivate their fonts but not delete fonts from the font folder.
- A select few users who can manage adding/removing fonts for other users to activate.
I tried to create a Watched Folders as I’ve seen that creating a folder duplicate the fonts but it asks for my local session password and does nothing. Seems like quite a lot of people have this issue and this is related to Watched Folders on server/remote drive.
Does anyone share this same requirements/setup ? What have you done ?
