Access Expired?

Hello,

I recently opened Fontbase and am seeing in the upper left hand corner, “Access Expired”, but this can’t be as my account is up to date and always has been, I logged out, then back in. I restarted my computer, but the problem persists. I would appreciate any help you can give, please?

My operating system is: Windows 11 Pro
Version: 24H2
FontBase version: 2.23.1
What actions caused the issue: I opened the program. That’s it as far as I can tell.

If there were no issues with the subscription, card details etc, could you please send us an email at [email protected] from the email you’re subscribed with so that we can figure this out as quickly as possible?

I’m seeing this, too. Just got my monthly renewal email, and everything looks good on the online account, but the program is acting like I don’t have an account.

Logging out and back in again seems to have fixed the issue.

Thank you for reaching out so quickly. I’ve replied to the email you sent and CC’ed [email protected] from the email that my Fontbase subscription is under. Will that suffice? I haven’t had any problems with my subscription so far, but I don’t know what you mean by ‘card details’?

I also have this issue. I have a lifetime subscription, and since about a month ago every time I open the app, it says “Access Expired.”

I’m sorry. Maybe I meant that I replied to your last reply here where you said to send an email in to that address. It’s been a hellish week and I can’t keep anything straight. I just logged out and back in as ‘What’ had recommended and this time that worked, so it looks like this is resolved now.

What is the fix? Reinstalling has not helped.

This is a significant issue that needs a resolution.

I have Lifetime Access since September 17, 2019 and getting “Access expired” also.

It’s happening every Month now, just log out then log back in and it’s fixed.

Tried to log-in/out, reinstalling, the problem persists.

I am getting the same thing - I reset my password and logged back in - fixed, but this morning its showing expired again.

I’m having the same issue here. Loggin out and in won’t fix the issue

Are you using the latest version of FontBase 2.25.10?
