"Access expired": account is current, can't log in, can't change password

I’m on Windows 11 22H2. My FontBase subscription is current.

  • First I got the Certificate error during update on Windows.
  • So I downloaded 2026.2.0 from the website and installed it.
  • Then I got the Access Expired? indication.
  • I tried logging out of the application, and can’t log back in: “Wrong email and/or password.”
  • I used “Forgot Password” to try to reset it.
  • I’m still logged in at https://web.fontba.se/account/ using that email and password, but it won’t let me reset the password: “Could not update password”

What’s going on here? I really need to get some work done. :fearful:
