Hello @BuroBrein, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
Will do what I can to help :man_bowing:
Did everything work properly before and then this behaviour started?
Would it be possible to uninstall FontBase, reboot the computer and reinstall it?

Thank you again,
Yuriy

Hello, I’m having the same problem here on my Mac M1. Running Sequoia 15.2. And the plugins are not working. Can you help me, please?

Hello @diogolives, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
DMed you the plugin files, should do the trick
Did this start happening at some point or has in been like this from the very beginning when you started using FontBase with CC apps?

Thank you again,

I have the same exact issue with a Mac Mini M4, can i get the plugins too, please?

I’m having the same problem with InDesign 2025 on my MacBook Pro M4 Max. FontBase won’t work unless I check Rosetta on the InDesign app, but then I can’t add file information. I have no problems on Photoshop and Illustrator; just InDesign. Apparently I need the InDesign plug-in file. Please send it my way. Thank you.

Hello Timothy, thank you for your post
Could you please check if your InDesign’s Plug-Ins folder already contains a FontBase Plugin?
Also, what exactly do you mean by “FontBase won’t work”?

Thank you again,

There is a plug-in file in my InDesign folder as shown in the attachment called Plug-ins folder.png. However, when I uncheck Rosetta and boot, I get a warning that shows as FontBase warning on boot-no Rosetta.png as shown in the other attachment.

Thank you for the quick reply and the additional info Timothy
Could you please add a screenshot of the Plugins section in the Settings page in FontBase showing the plugins that are currently installed?

Thank you again,

Same problem on my MacBook Air M4. In the Illustrator 2025 plugin folder there is only a Plugins.txt file.

Apple just did an upgrade on the Sequoia OS and I’m once again getting the Rosetta warning.

Thank you for the update Timothy
Does repeating the same procedure as last time work in this case?

Thank you again,

Hi Yuriy, you sent me a new plug-in last time and I don’t have one from you for this time. Now Illustrator is giving me this error message:

Hello Julie, thank you for your post and welcome to the forum
A few questions if I may to better understand the situation:
Is auto-activation turned on in the Settings page?
Which FontBase and CC app versions are you using?
Is this a recent issue after something changed or did the plugins never work at all?

Thank you again,

Hello,
yes auto-activation is on in settings page
version is 2.22.4
It never worked at all or ever
thanks for your help
