An whole year has passed and not an update

An whole year has passed and not an update, last update was December 11th 2023, Release FontBase 2.20.7. Can we expect at least one yearly update improving the experience?

I love the software, but there are clearly bugs and features that could be worked on.

For instance there is a weird behavior on vertical 9:16 displays where fonts won’t render in the whole scroll area.

For InkScape, you can’t see all of the installed fonts, even if you load fontbase before loading inkscape.

These are not bug reports, but just examples of two items I’d love to see fixed in a future update, especially since I’m on the $24-27/yr plan.

Indeed, just a bit under 10 months have passed since the previous update, which is a very long time, very sorry about that :pensive:
A new update should be up very very soon, within days most likely :pray:
I’m pretty sure the answer to your question is yes:)

I believe the weird behaviour you’re describing was already discussed here at some point: List view (& Grid) - more than 11 rows?
Would you mind having a look?
As for InkScape - would it be possible for you to open a new forum topic regarding this particular issue so that we can possibly find a way to resolve it?
